Land Yacht Harbor of Melbourne, Inc. is an RV park originally built by Airstream owners exclusively for retired, age 55 or older Airstreamers.
Eventually, LYH began to allow other brands of trailers, 5th wheels, and motor homes as guests, but the retired, 55+ age requirement, and a no pets policy remain in effect.
LYH is directed by a Board of Directors, consisting of seven members and is owned by 300 shareholders.
